This is almost always an expired or disabled broker connection. Open Exchanges and check the account your bot is using: cTrader tokens expire periodically and need reconnecting, and a connection can also be manually disabled. Reconnect or re-enable it and the bot resumes on its next signal.

Go to Exchanges and choose your broker. cTrader connects through a secure sign-in popup; other brokers ask for an API key with trading permission (never withdrawal access). You can start with Paper Trading first if you'd rather not connect a real account yet.

Paper trading uses simulated funds tracked entirely by RichGoon, so you can test a bot or strategy with zero real risk. Live trading places real orders on your connected broker or exchange. Every bot can be created in either mode.

Open any strategy on the Strategies page and use Copy Strategy. Choose paper or live, pick the connected account to run it on, and set your position size. It'll appear on your Bots page immediately.

Plans and upgrades are managed on the Plans page, checkout is handled securely through Stripe. Your active plan and renewal date are always visible on Settings. If a payment didn't go through, raise a billing ticket below and we'll sort it out.
